Media Report

This report is a summary of the types of transactions made at the register including, gift cards, payments and nontaxable sales.

What's on the Page?

The Media Report page shows you specific data on sales, payments, gift cards, and tenders for the day, week to date, month to date, and year to date.

Sales- See the taxable dollars, non-taxable dollars, net sales, tax collected in sales, total sales, and total cost of goods sold for the day, week to date, month to date, and year to date, as seen above. These values are separated by register the sales were tendered on as well.

Payments- View the total payment amount on accounts, the discounts applied to account payments, and the total amount applied to customer accounts for the day, week to date, month to date, and year to date, as seen above. These values are separated by register the sales were tendered on as well.

Gift Cards- View the total purchased amount of gift cards, the discounts applied to gift card purchases, and the total amount of gift card credit sold for the day, week to date, month to date, and year to date, as seen above. These values are separated by register the sales were tendered on as well.

Tenders- See a summary of different types of tenders including cash, credit, external credit (for online ordering), gift cards, and any other methods of payments your garden center utilizes, by number of transaction and total sales value for the day, week to date, month to date, and year to date, as seen above. These values are separated by register the sales were tendered on as well.

At the bottom of the Media Report, view the total amount expected in cash and checks, as shown above.
