Inventory

• Import/Export: Now supports updating the "No Fractions?" and "Store Specific Price?" fields.

• Website: The "Web Per-Order Max" field enables you to set the maximum quantity a customer can purchase for an item in a single online order.

• Reservations: Reservation expiration dates can be adjusted on the reservations page.

  
• Tag Template: Two new data sources have been added to the tag templates- "Price (Dollars)", which shows the price without cents, and "PO Item Note", which shows the item note from the PO the tags were queued from.

Orders

• Duplicating PO items now preserves the item's unit of measure.

• When adding items to a PO, use "Shift + Enter" on your keyboard as a shortcut for the button!

• Warnings about items already on order no longer show on canceled lines.

  

Register

• Sales Orders: Held sales designated as sales orders can create reservations. (Optional)

• Move held sale(s) to a division using the new "With Checked" option, "Set Division".

Customers

• Office Notes: Add notes to the customer profile that won't show on the register page on the new "Office Notes" tab of the customer profile page!

  

Reports

Sales

• Media Report: Added support for viewing multiple divisions.

  
• Graphs: We've introduced weekly figures to the sales and inventory graphs for enhanced detail and granularity!

  
• Weekends: The current weekend is now highlighted in yellow.

Registers

Inventory

• Adjustment (Activity): Added a column for item subdepartment.

  
• Conversion: Added "To" and "From" PLUs. The report previously only showed the "To" and "From" descriptions.

Accounts

• Accounting: loads 20% faster!

• Gift Cards: Fixed a bug related to sorting by issued date.

Deliveries

• The Deliveries page has a new column: "Truck".

  

Coupons

• Coupons now support a maximum quantity, which limits the amount eligible for the discount.

Admin

• The Registers page "CC machine" dropdown, used to associate activated credit card devices with Registers in VMX, now shows the device serial number and register the machine is currently assigned to.

Integrations

• Sage Intacct integration now supports pushing credit memos.
