Get a snapshot of what items you need to order based on the Order Points you can enter from Item pages.

What's on the Page?

Select or deselect the check box next to the "Only show my departments?" message to consolidate the report to departments that you have ownership of.

Reading the Report

• PLU- The item number, hyperlinked to the item page

• Description and Extended Description- The name and size of the item, as well as any additional descriptions added in the item page

• Average Cost- The average cost of the item, calculated by the system based on all the times an item has been received on a PO

• Price

• Order Point- the quantity at which you may need to reorder a product

• On Hand- The current quality of items in inventory

• On Order- The quantity of the item currently on a purchase order
