Issue and redeem store credit to customers.

To issue store credit, first complete a return. Making sure to add the customer to the sale and that there is a negative balance.
Click “Store Credit” and select “Issue”.
A receipt will print with the store credit number which will be used when redeeming.
To redeem store credit, ring up the inventory item the customer wants to use their credit on and add the customer to the sale.
Select “Store Credit” and “Redeem”.
Then you will be prompted to enter the store credit number. You can locate this on the customers receipt or select "Okay" and find the correct store credit balance.
